This means that your order is shipped from our global suppliers – usually overseas. Unfortunately, our global suppliers do not always provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in other countries, your item may take 1 to 4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way 🙂

How much is shipping?

  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we’re shipping to.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • This depends on the product ordered.  Most items will arrive in about 1-4 weeks. If you’re still not sure, just email us. We’re happy to help.

What should I do if I provided you a wrong shipping address?

  • In case, of providing us an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to sales@pikpakship.com and provide us your correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you. If your order was shipped out, we are really sorry that we are not able to change it for you nor sending you another packet without any fee.

Tracking shows “Returned to sender”, what should I do?

  • There are 2 common reasons that make your packet be returned: Your shipping address is incorrect/insufficient or you are absence at the time the packet was attempted to deliver. In cases that your shipping address is not correct, we are not able to take any responsibility since we shipped it out to the address that you provided us and it is not the mistake from our end. Otherwise, we are willing to send you a replacement. If the second packet can not reach you, we are sorry to tell you that we are not able to help you out with this.

Can I have a tracking number?

  • In almost all cases yes. Unfortunately, not all our global suppliers provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

  • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way 🙂

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

  • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

What is your refund policy?

  • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
  • In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within 3-8 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & Returns will not be processed after 45 days. Thanks for understanding!
